I need an online solution for invoicing that can be synced with my Quickbooks Enterprise Desktop. My preference is something cloud based that I could sync with Quickbooks weekly. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. TYIA.
Hello there, sloomisfci.
I'm here to share information about online invoicing in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
Are you trying to let your customer pay their invoices online? If so, you can sign up for QuickBooks Payments. This allows your customer to pay invoices online by credit card or ACH bank transfer. All they have to do is select the Pay Now button in the email.
Setting up online invoices takes just a few minutes, and can help you get paid faster. To sign up, go to QuickBooks Payments.
Once done, you can now proceed with turning on the payment option in QBDT. For further guidance with the process, consider checking out this article: Send online invoices in QuickBooks Desktop.
On the other hand, if you're referring to a third-party application, you can visit our App Center to check for apps that can integrate with QBDT and allow you to process online invoicing. Here's the link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/.
For more tips and other resources, I recommend visiting our website for future reference: QBDT self-help articles.
Leave a comment below if you have follow-up questions about invoicing or anything else. I'll be around to help. Take care always.
Thanks FritzF!

Yes, you're on the right track for your first question. QuickBooks Desktop Payments (known as QuickBooks Payments) will work with your Enterprise version of Desktop. My colleague above provided all the articles that will help you get started with setting up the details.
As for your second question, are you referring to QuickBooks Time? If so, this software is for time tracking. Here's a guide for more information if you're interested: QB Time.
if you have any other concerns, don't hesitate to ask. I'm always here for your QuickBooks Desktop needs. Have a splendid Wednesday!
