Online payment setup keeps failing.

My online payment keeps failing after submission and I don’t know why. Has anyone encountered this situation?

Online payment setup keeps failing.

I acknowledge that navigating online payments can be challenging, and I'm here to assist you with any questions or issues you may have, gyzzdjy.

Are you trying to signing up for QuickBooks Payments? If so, please know that this service is subject for eligibility criteria, credit, and application approval. Each merchant that applies for QuickBooks Payments will have to submit an application along with personal and business information. We will then review the application, assess the financial risk involved, and determine whether to accept or decline the merchant's application. Therefore, not all applicants will be approved. To learn more about our policy, you can read this article: Intuit Payments Inc. Acceptable Use Policy.

Furthermore, to successfully submit your application or setup, make sure to fill out the required fields correctly. This includes your personal, company, and bank details.

If you encountered unexpected behaviors during the submission, let's accessing your account using a different supported browser or an incognito window.

  • Google Chrome: Press Crtl+Shift+P
  • Microsoft Edge & Mozilla Firefox: Press Crtl+Shift+N
  • Safari: Press Command+Shift+N

If it's now working, consider returning to your regular browser and clearing its cache and cookies.

On the other hand, if you're trying to schedule an online bill payment with QuickBooks Bill Pay, let's verify that the data you've entered are valid and correct. There are several reasons why your submission may be failing, such as:

  • Incorrect or invalid bank information
  • Entering the wrong card numbers
  • Expiry dates
  • CVVs, or Security issues

The browser troubleshooting steps would also help you further isolate the problem in that scenario. However, if you're in a different situation or you mean something else, I recommend adding additional details so I can assist you further.
