Payments on Hold

We are a small company started in 2023. We have had 5 payments on hold in our Quickbooks online account. All of which totals over $16k. Their reasoning is that we never provided them documentation to release the hold. Saying they emailed us this request. Not one email was sent to us regarding this and when they tell us to go to the Resolution center in our books it shows that there is nothing to resolute. 

We have called COUNTLESS times to their "customer support" team and have been told that they are only able to file a form that will then take 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS to have an email sent to us. Which in turn after providing documents the payments won't be release even further. 

Our employees' paychecks have gone unpaid due to QuickBooks error and there is no further up the chain to talk to. Each representative gives us the same spiel, that a file has been sent it and an email will come to us in 3-5 business days and ends with a case #. 

There has been nothing for the past two days that has given us any sort of relief or answer. This frankly seems illegal for a multi-billion-dollar corporation is withholding the Livi hood of a small business and ABSOLUTLEY ZERO SUPPORT.

After reading reddit and other forums it seems we are not the only ones, and this has been going on for quite some time.
