Buy nowI set up a 10% military discount underpriced rules for specific patient for all inventory and services. However, when I create an invoice, it does not auto populate. I followed all the instructions from QBO, from here. https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/help-article/mobile-apps/set-price-rules-quickbook...
Hello there, @Roxy7778. When it is your first time creating an invoice with a product affected by a price rule, you need to initially select the rate with the applied price rule. You can do this by clicking the Rate dropdown and selecting the rule you want to use. The next invoices you create will automatically set that rate as the default for the customer and item.
Also, if a customer/item combination qualifies for more than one price rule (indicated by a blue icon), the default sales rate for that item will be displayed. In this case, if the other price rule is unused, you can make it inactive if you want the correct rate to auto-populate your invoices.

Where is the "Price Rule?"
Hi Roxy! May I ask if you've tried the steps my colleague mentioned above? Also, please double-check that the price rule is set up correctly for those specific products and services.
Please know that the rule should appear automatically as soon as you select the item. If everything looks right but it’s still not working, try refreshing your browser to clear any temporary data. Then, log out and back into QuickBooks to reset the connection.
If the issue persists, try opening QuickBooks Online in an incognito or private window to determine if the browser cache is causing the problem. You could also consider using a different supported browser to ensure everything works smoothly.
Please don’t hesitate to leave a comment below if you still need further assistance.
I follow the instructions that I copy and paste it in the original post. If you read his response, if you read his response about applying the rule, I respond to that but I can't find where he is talking about. Also, I tried incognito a different browser and clearing cache and cookies. Still not showing up.
