QBO Payments not accepting commercial real estate rent payments?

I was more curious as to the WHY Quickbooks Payments couldn't be used for commercia rent payments. If there really isn't a straight forward answer, that's fine. I was really just curious. Thanks!

You can use a 3rd party payment processor to integrate with QBO. You can alco accept ACH payments for free. You should contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA for details.
