Hello there, Jerome.
I'll guide you through some troubleshooting steps to help you resolve this issue. The option to save your pay bill transaction by using QuickBooks Online is important.
Let's try logging into your QBO account in an incognito mode or a private browser. We will use these browsers to separate your local data from your web browsing. To do so, here are some keyboard shortcuts that you can use:
I suggest you clear your cache to help you run your browser effectively and help fix website issues. Alternatively, you can try a different browser to check if your save button works.

I'd be glad to help you access the save button, Maggie. I want to ensure you can pay your bills smoothly.
If you're in the Pay Bills window, locate Schedule Payment at the bottom of the screen. Next to it, you'll spot a dropdown arrow. Clicking this will unfold a menu presenting three choices. Among these is the Save function you're seeking. I'll add a screenshot below for reference.
However, if it's unavailable, you could be experiencing a browser-related issue. Sometimes, a buildup of cached data may lead to unexpected behavior within the software. Such problems often interfere with the normal display and functionality of the application.
Let's rectify this by performing basic troubleshooting steps. Open your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private or incognito window. Refer to the keyboard shortcuts below:
Then, open the Pay Bills screen again. If it resolves the problem, return to your default browser and clear its cache so the system can refresh. Alternatively, utilize other supported browsers.
Additionally, I'll share this resource to guide you in creating vendor credits: Enter vendor credits and refunds in QuickBooks Online.
The measures outlined above will help you address any missing selections and continue to manage your financial obligations smoothly. If you have other questions about managing bills in QBO, comment below. My colleagues and I are always around to assist.
