If you are using QuickBooks Online (QBO) Accountant and Advanced version, we can use the reclassify tool to save time and make the same change to multiple transactions at once. Here's how:

This doesn't apply on reclassifying from one payment bank to another? say I got bunch of invoice that got paid from a bank where I want to move them to a clearing account, doing the instruction above doesn't allow me to view transactions, not sure if this actually helped anyone?

Then if you prefer to transfer the amount after making a clearing account. You can just create a Journal Entry and before doing so, I highly suggest consulting your accountant for further assistance.

I already have clearing account I need to reclassify bunch of payments from bank to the clearing account, meaning,transfer them to the clearing account as paid rather than bank.
