Hey there, @JF-H.
Thanks for reaching out to the Community for support and sharing your concerns.
I appreciate that you've taken the time to re-install your printers. That's a great start to troubleshooting and knocks one of the related issues that can cause formatting problems out. Since re-installing your printers isn't working for you, I recommend running a Rebuild and Verify on the company file to check for potential data integrity issues. Some data integrity issues can cause problems with printing. I've included the steps to Rebuild and Verify below.
To Rebuild:
- Select File, then select Utilities.
- Click on Rebuild Data, then hit OK to close all windows.
- QuickBooks will ask to make a backup before rebuilding your company file, select OK.
- Once the rebuild's finished, tap OK.
To Verify:
- From the File menu, choose Utilities.
- Click on Verify Data, then hit OK.
You can review more details in Verify and rebuild data in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac.
Additionally, you can review further troubleshooting steps for printing in Troubleshoot printing in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac.
Please keep me posted if you continue to have problems with your formatting. I'll be here every step of the way. Take care and have a wonderful day ahead! Take care!
