Email signature on invoice

Hello there, @mikeincairns.

Yes, you can add your company logo and other text to the outgoing invoice email. Before uploading it, we have to make sure that the logo should be:

  • A .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file
  • Smaller than 10 MB
  • 24-bits or less in bit depth
  • Square-shaped, since rectangles don’t work
  • Using the standard RGB color space

Here's how to upload the logo:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Custom Form Styles.
  3. Choose the appropriate form you want to use.
  4. Go to the Design tab, then select Add your unique logo.
  5. Select the box with Add a logo +, then the + on the next window.
  6. Locate and select the image you want to use.
  7. Select Open.
  8. Hit Save, then Done.

Once done, you can now send the invoice with the logo.

Email signature on invoice

Sorry - I was not clear in my question.  I want a rich-text or HTMP signature to be applied to outgoing emails (that contain an invoice).

Email signature on invoice

Thanks for getting back to the thread and clarifying your concern, @mikeincairns.

For now, using an HTML signature on your emailed invoices is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, you can create your own customize form styles outside QuickBooks and import it into the program. Then, use your design to add details to your invoices.

Here's how:

  1. First, let's make sure to turn on the Import Style. Just go to Settings and select QuickBooks Labs.
  2. Look for the Import Style section and turn it on. Then, click Done.import.PNG
  3. Go back to Settings and select Custom form styles.
  4. Click the New style ▼ drop-down menu, then Import style.
  5. Select Invoice and click Next.
  6. If it's the first time you import your sales form, click Download import guide and check for the invoice template document sample.

After creating your customize invoice template, here's how you can import and use them in QBO: How to import and design custom form styles for your invoices.

I can see how this option would be helpful for you and your business. Therefore, let me take note of this as a suggestion to improve your QuickBooks experience.
