Fraudulent charge by a business using QB

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, @ksstamm.

I'm here to help you handle fraudulent activities on your credit card.

You can use the Customer Account Maintenance Portal (CAMPs) to learn more about the charges on your account. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to camps.intuit.com. Or get help signing in.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop, then select View your transaction history.
  3. Go to Time Period, and select a date range of transactions.
  4. You can also select transactions from the past year.
  5. Find the order you need, then select the order details.
  6. Click Done to go back to your CAMPs dashboard.

From there, you can update your payment info if you need to. Otherwise, I suggest contacting our Merchants Services Support Team. This team is the best resource for such inquiries, as they're able to request account information. They can also verify the charges being received and be able to remove them.

Find out more about Intuit Charges to your credit card or bank account by checking out this article: Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement.

I'll be around if you need further assistance with managing your account charges. I'm very eager to help. Take care always.

Not quite what I was asking.

We do not use merchant services but our credit card was charged by a business that uses QuickBooks/Merchant Services and we never provided our card information to them nor have we received goods or services from them.

I'll contact the Merchant Services team and see if they have information for me to use.

Thanks.
