Gateway problem between Quickbooks and my store at BigCommerce

Where is technical support for Quickbooks? I've tried calling, rerouted to developer intuit? but no answer ...

I have a payment gateway problem between Quickbooks and BigCommerce that keeps disconnecting. My customers can't order anything. How do I fix this? Is this a Quickbooks or BigCommerce problem. I'm caught in the middle.  Have also contacted BigCommerce.

A Gateway error can happen if there's an unsuccessful connection between your computer and QuickBooks' server, dewayne1337

 

Keep refreshing your screen by holding CTRL+ R on Windows and CMMD + R if you're using Mac.

 

You can also reload  the web page by clicking the refresh/reload button or pressing F5.

Gateway problem between Quickbooks and my store at BigCommerce

My BigCommerce Site is having the same issue. In January I was able to reconnect. Now it is down again. Reconnected but transactions will not process. BigCommerce attempted on their end and the transaction failed also. As noted by the previous customer, I was passed off to the developer site. Called back and was put on hold, then disconnected. Result is I have another payment Gateway up and running. Can't be losing sales because of a product that should be working seamlessly in the background.
