I'd be please to lend a helping hand so you can update your bank account and phone number for QuickBooks Payments successfully.
There are two ways on how you can receive a code when changing any of your account's information. This is through a text or a call. In order to have these options visible, it'd be best to access your account using a browser instead of the mobile app or GoPayments. This way, you'll be able to see a bigger picture of the account information page.
Log in to your account through this link: QuickBooks Payment account.
Here's how to change your bank account number:
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online in a web browser.
- From the menu, select Account, then Account Profile.
- Go to the Deposit Account Information section, then select Edit (or Add if you haven't added an account yet).
- Select how you want to receive the code (text or voice call).
- Enter the code in the pop-up window.
- When prompted, enter the Account Type followed by the Routing/ABA Number and Account Number, then select Submit.
To update your contact details, just follow these steps:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Payments account.
- From the menu, select Account, then Account Profile.
- Go to the Contact Information section, then select Edit.
- Change your contact information as desired, then select Save.
