Hi there, is it me or is the incoming ACH fee for payments a new thing?

I just checked and I've never had to pay when a client used QB link to pay. I had to wait, but never paid.

It is their new policy. You may have other options to accept ACH payments for free. Are you running B2B or B2C?

Good day, olianatasha.

If you use QuickBooks Payments, there's a processing fee. Depending on how you processed the payment, you can visit our website here to check the most updated fees.

To learn more about QuickBooks Payments, please feel free to read this article: Credit Card Processing Fees & Rates Explained.

If you require any further information, you can leave a commend on this thread and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Take care and stay safe!
