As far as I know, it was normal for accepting online payment for the first time. You may have other options to accept payment and integrate it with your QB Online account.
Don’t give me that crap, they have literally locked my account preventing me from accessing funds, over 23k in deposits and literally gave me the run around for 2 days just to find out I need to answer 8 ignorant questions? Fact is, don’t trust QuickBooks period
You sound like you play work with QuickBooks. To ban and prevent business owner from accessing 23k in deposits and led along for days to find out it was 8 questions that needed to be answered. I lost a 6 figure contract because of the ignorance with QuickBooks.... Kudos, don’t trust them
We know putting payments on hold is painful, but we're obligated to protect the interests of all parties involved in the payment process, chris-moss-appms.
Don't worry there's anything wrong if the recent payment you accepted is on hold. We periodically review payments to ensure everything is alright for the benefit of everyone involved in the payment process. To check if a customer payment is on hold and what you can do during the review, see Why are my funds on hold? article for more details.
On the other hand, deposit speeds depend on the product you're using and the type of payment the credit card processing and bank transfers. Just check out the Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments article to find out how long it takes to get payments you process in each product.

As I said, if you don't satisfy with QuickBooks Payment, you may have other options to accept online payments. But if you don't trust QuickBooks, contact us should you need to purchase a 3rd party migration service to other system 8)
I am sorry for you. $23K is a lot of money for anybody to just withhold for arbitrary reasons. They have been withholding mine for about 3 weeks now. They even refused to return them to client. Never again will I trust them with my money!
Intuit is a deceptive company. Find an alternative to accepting payments because Intuit appears more concerned with collecting your data than actual customer service.
