How do I change a recorded check expense that was actually on the credit card?

Hello there, Zbates.

If you want to edit the bank account to a credit card account on the check you created, you have the option to delete and recreate it and select the correct account. You also have the option to enter CREDIT in the Check no. field.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Expenses menu and click Expenses
  2. Look for the Check and click View/Edit
  3. Enter CREDIT under the Check no. field.
  4. Click Save and close

Feel free to use these links in handling your expense transactions:

I'll be here if you need anything else. Take care!
