I have removed all the customers from inside the group but I do not need the group at all. How do I delete the actual group so it doesn't show in the customer center or in the drop down box when I make invoices? Honestly, I made the group just while playing around with the software and never even billed anything to the group.

On your last thread, it was tagged under QuickBooks Online, If you're using that instead of QuickBooks Mac, you can access the Customer Center from the Sales tab. From there, you can inactivate a customer.
Here's how:
Note: This will only inactivate the customer but you won't be able to use them on sales forms.
