It sounds like you might be combining the deposits and not mean to. Let me go over some steps to ensure you don't combine them.
- On the Homepage, click on Record Deposits / Make Deposits.
- Select the payments you want to combine in the Payments to Deposit window. Then tap OK.
- Please note: In this step ^, you'll want to make sure you're only selecting one payment. This way, they won't combine into one Deposit.
- In the Make Deposits window, choose the account you want to put the Deposit into from the Deposit to dropdown.
- Check the deposit total. Make sure the account and selected payments match the deposit slip from your bank. Use your deposit slip as a reference.
- Enter the date you made the Deposit at your bank.
- Add a memo as needed.
- When you're done, select Save & Close.
