How do you do a loyal customer discount on an invoice?

How about removing the ads that are in my subscription almost daily since major features people have been requesting for years have been ignored, yet I get hammered with an ad for QB banking and payments every time I log in?

I can apply a discount to a client but the discount is invisible to them.  They are not able to see current pricing, only their pricing?  This is beyond stupid that I can't show a client I'm giving them a 15% discount without doing it manually EVERY time for EVERY customer.

Its reasons like this I'm actively looking for an alternative to QB.  Last few years has felt like Intuit's only goal with their QBO customers is upselling.

I can't disagree with you!!!!  You are absolutely correct.  Intuit is only interested in making functional changes and bringing added value software to QBO - which I will never use.  I have given up on even thinking Inuit cares about the enhancement request regarding discounts in QB desktop.

Oh, my mistake, they are very much into absurd subscription fees for any desktop product.

I'm not opposed to cloud based software, just anything that Intuit does.

Please post what software you decide to migrate to and let us know.

Thanks!!!!!
