When you use a QuickBooks Checking account, you get a QuickBooks debit card once approved. You'll need to call the number on the back of your QuickBooks debit card for disputes.
If you don't have the card, I recommend contacting our Payments Support Team through our website. You can start a chat with a specialist to check the issue related to your QuickBooks Checking.
Here's how:
- Go to: Contact Payments Support.
- Scroll down to QuickBooks Payments, then select Chat with us.
- Enter the necessary information.
- Hit Start Chat.
