I have been having this same issue for over two weeks. I have made several calls to Customer Support with no resolution. Some of the agents don't even know the problem is occuring.
Can someone please let us know what the problem is and when it will be resolved? This is causing a major strain on small organizations and our vendors.
And yes, I have already tried in incognito mode, cleared my history, waited 24 hours and split payments into smaller amounts and nothing has worked.
Help.
I've noticed an ongoing issue for the last 2 weeks for some users. Consider signing up for a free Melio account to integrate with QBO as a backup option to pay your current bills.

You can get $100 as cashback to pay the first bill.

It was down right before Thanksgiving for us and now again in early December. We never had these kind of issues on Melio. We have some very angry vendors as a result. QB customer services people are nice but can't actually help with anything since it's a backend issue. If the problem persists we'll need to move to something else. Hopefully others are having better luck than us!
Use Melio as the backup option.
