Need Help / Support - None Available - QB Payments

We were forced to close our doors due to extended delays with COVID and had setup to cancel our merchant services / Quickbooks Payments account only to realize it was immediate. We had wanted to setup cancellation for 30 days from now since our monthly subscription payment was just processed yesterday. Looked in several places, tried calling, and support via Chat or live human being, or even answers in the knowledgebase are nowhere to be found. We need help IMMEDIATELY so we can review transactions and refund our customer as necessary. PLEASE HELP

Need Help / Support - None Available - QB Payments

Let me provide you a few information about this, NSP.

As of now, our new support hour is from 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time (PT), Mondays - Fridays. You'll want to contact our support specifically on those hours to make sure you'll be able to get a callback from one of your representatives.

If you're using phone numbers to contact QuickBooks Payments, there's another way so you can reach out to them.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.

However, if you're still unable to get a callback, I suggest contacting them again until someone gets back to you. As of the moment, we have limited staffing due to COVID-19.

You can also post your questions here if you have some immediate concerns. Please know we're always here and we have available Community backers to help you.

Please read this article in case you have questions about refund: Void Or Refund Transactions In QuickBooks Payments.

Post a comment below if you need further assistance. I'd be glad to help.
