Hi jeff-ons,
I'll do all that I can to help you customize those invoices so that they fit the envelope window.
The following article will show you how to navigate the Custom Form Styles screen to change your preferences: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1553442. Should you find that you'd like to change the layout even further, please check out the Import style plug-in: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1145368.
There's also a setting that can be turned on that helps the program adjust these bill and address fields for you:
I'd also like to ensure all guidelines in this article are being followed: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1616139-print-forms-for-window-envelopes. If you let me know the template you're currently using, I can also share the recommended font size.
If the steps above do not work for you, please reach out to the QuickBooks Online support team so they can either help get this resolved, or escalate the issue if needed. The following article has their phone number and hours of operation: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1145770.

I followed these steps, but when I click "edit" under invoice or estimate, it opens another window. This window has Desgin, Content, & Email settings... nothing regarding print settings.
Edit... I found it under Design. But, it doesn't work! Moves up a bunch of the text, cutting off the top of business address & logo, and STILL doesn't line up with the envelope window. Honestly, the more time I spend in QBO, I realize how underdeveloped it is from Desktop.
I've got some steps to fix printing issues, WillowG.
You can try updating or repairing Adobe Reader/Acrobat to the latest version. By doing so, it can fix most printing problems in QuickBooks Online.
You can update AdobeReader/Acrobat by checking the Adobe website for detailed instructions.
If it doesn't work, you can repair your Adobe installation. Here are the steps:
Reboot your computer and try printing your invoice.
Also, I've included some resources you can check for additional reference about fixing printing issues:

Turns out that the margins were set to zero at the top. No idea why, not sure if this is the default? I adjusted it unitl both address boxes were aligned properly with the windows.
