Thanks for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community! There is an open Bill by Job report in QuickBooks Desktop as well. I tested this, and the pay bills window has no option to add fields. You would have to have the report open behind the pay bills window to refer to. Seeing this, I will go ahead and send feedback to our Developers about adding a feature to allow this.
