Hello @str_dsgn,
Thanks for dropping by here in the Community. I can share some steps to make the Payment Date field working again in QuickBooks.
Issues with the fields usually happen when there are problems in the web pages. Please use a private browser to access your account and see if it work.
It doesn't use the cache, which stores data that leads to browser-related issues. If you're using Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press the CTRL + Shift + P shortcut on your keyboard. For Safari, hit Command + Shift + N. Press CTRL + Shift + N if you're using Google Chrome.
If it works, you can switch back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This helps to increase the loading time of web pages and increases the performance of your computer.
If private browsing doesn't work, proceed by using another supported web engine to get the best and most secure experience with the program.
For additional reference, you can use the following article to group multiple payments into a single record in QuickBooks: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.
Drop me a comment below if you have any other questions regarding the fields in QuickBooks. I'll be happy to help you some more.
