Payment links, sends with email but not when send forms

When I email an individual invoice the payment link appears in the email. When I use the send forms to send a batch of invoices, they go out without the payment link.

Is this to be expected?

Payment links, sends with email but not when send forms

Hi there, @Chuck C.

It's great to see you here in the Community. I'd be glad to share some insight about including the payment link option when sending a bunch of invoices in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

Currently, there's no integrated way to add the Payment link button to your invoices when sending your sales forms by batch. This can only be included when sending them individually.

I've also added an article that will help you manage customer payments for online invoices and in-person sales: Take and process payments in QBDT.

Additionally, feel free to visit this page that contains topics about your company's income and customers: Sales and customers. It includes details about banking to manage your funds and instructions to view your financial health.

Please let me know how it goes so I can get back to you. I'm only a post away if you have any follow-up questions. Keep safe!

Payment links, sends with email but not when send forms

You do realize this is ridiculous and incredibly inconvenient for anyone with more than, say, 10 customers, right?  For a service that charges us thousands of dollars per month PLUS per transaction fees, I'd have expected the advertising to be accurate when signing up for this.  CLEARLY says invoice customers by email and accept payments online that match directly to the customer/invoices to reduce accounting work on the back end.  Get your act together, these are EASY programming fixes that are seemingly intentionally omitted to force customers to buy additional outside/third party services.  Crooks.
