We have Quickbooks 2019, and until it was discontinued in May 2022 we used their merchant service center to manage client payments.
We were notified that to get our 1099 we need to go into the merchant service center and download it. However since our service is discontinued we cannot log into the merchant service center.
How are we supposed to get our 1099? Will it get mailed to us?

To generate 1099s forms, you’ll need to have supported versions of QuickBooks. Additionally, it will have to be updated with its most recent release and run our latest payroll update.
QuickBooks Desktop 2019 and other discontinued programs won't have access to payroll services, making it impossible for them to get the necessary updates.

I am not trying to generate / prepare 1099 forms. I am trying to confirm if Quickbooks has provided a 1099-K for our transactions facilitated by using merchant services, and get a copy of that form if they have.
