It is a mess. I was told that emails were sent out with information though I never received one. Communication with qbo and melio has been laughable at best. Nobody seems to know anything.

The confusion and frustration is real. TROY FlexPay (available in QB app store) is another good option. Integrates with both QBO or Desktop. Free trial, live support, and often run promotions like $100 after making a single payment. Not sure if any of your businesses prefer to print checks on-site, but you can also securely print to cost-effective blank check stock--something QB nor Melio currently offer with any of their platforms.

Tried that. Melio doesn't seem to sync to my QuickBooks desktop correctly.
I spent a whole afternoon on the phone with QuickBooks support with them trying to restore the bill payment. Apparently they weren't told either.
I've had them act that way as well, then the next agent told me that 80% of his calls were about this issue. So who knows. I've been trying to just ach everyone to avoid the check issue.
