Quickbooks Payment - How customers can Pay multiple invoices at once with a single click

Hi, we are currently utilizing Quickbooks payments - our customers pay their invoices for the service we provide utilizing the platform. We also have the QuickBooks Online Essential version for our accounting purposes. I have 2 questions:

1) Is there anyway that 1 customer can pay all of their outstanding invoices all at once via 1 click (Currently, my understanding is that they have to go to each individual invoice and pay them individually by clicking the "pay now" button - quite annoying and inconvenient for our customers).

2) Is there anyway for our invoices to show all outstanding balances (from old invoices, as well as current invoice) for 1 customer? and just let the customer pay the updated outstanding balance all at once.

I look forward to receiving help from the QuickBooks Community soon. Thank you.

Quickbooks Payment - How customers can Pay multiple invoices at once with a single click

Glad to see you here in the Community, @thanhphuongy. I'm here to lend a hand with your concern about invoices in QuickBooks Online.

For your first question, you can only pay one invoice for e-invoicing. Otherwise, the customer can edit the amount next to the exact amount in the e-invoice. That said, they can pay all their outstanding invoices all at once.

See the sample screenshot below:

To answer your second question, you can let the customer view their updated invoice outstanding balance below the Payment amount.

Please see this sample screenshot for reference:
