For nearly a month a client whom tried to use ACH through quickbooks payments has had their money stolen by quickbooks. $865.50 to be exact. QB never sent us any email or cares about the damages caused to our reputation for trusting their service.
We have received no updates, no care, nor worries from quickbooks as they hold our clients money against our will. They have damaged our reputation, caused us to not be able to ship our clients item.
Has anyone else had QB Payments steal their clients funds for weeks on end?
If this is how quickbooks treats their top tier paying customers we can only imagine how they are treating the ones not paying them hundreds a month like us.

@MNXINC Just FYI, if you search the community, you will find hundreds of QB customers that have had their money withheld by QB. There is no rhyme nor reason for it. Most are having to wait 120 days to collect it from their state. It's ridiculous what QB is doing to it's customers.
I'm sorry you are now having to deal with it.
I would suggest filing complaints with the FTC and BBB.

Yep they truly do not care. At least we can continue to write these reviews and upvote so others are warned from this. Absolutely insane how little they care.
Merchant services has been notified over 10 times by us. At this point we think it is fair to call this theft and damage to our small business. We will make our voices heard as its all we can do after being ignored time and time again by quickbooks

Yes, they absolutely DO NOT CARE! I'm getting a lawyer. They stole over $5,000 of mine.
They have over $5,000 of my money, and they absolutely DO NOT CARE. Taking them to court. Unbelievable.
The BBB won't listen. They are not an accredited with the BBB.
They are absolutely getting away with it (for now). I will absolutely get. my $5,000 back and have a lawyer working on it as we speak. Everyone needs to know about this. I just had my son cancel services with them as well.

Yes. I paid my developer through his merchant services ie Quickbooks
online.
I made an overpayment of 56k my developer voided the transaction within minutes. Should never have posted nor left the account.
it posted through about 75+ calls with my bank BOA and quick books.
as well as three ways with my developer on with my bank and vice versa. They are in no rush to help. Simply point the finger at everyone but themselves. My bank said very clearly, the money left your account and went to quickbooks bank.
my developer has asked for a manager over 6 times. The give him a date for them to call him never has happened once.
To me this is theft, they won’t even talk to me or my developer. This is the craziest thing I’ve ever encountered. I do not feel safe with quickbooks.
I will take to social media and legal action if not resolved this week.
since august 17th I’ve been without my $56,000.
Quickbooks is withholding all our deposits currently from our clients and no one has an answer - They said a collections person was going to call me but still never has - I don't know what to do as no one at customer service at quickbooks has an answer...
@ADD2020 There are a couple people with attorneys that are looking at a class action lawsuit against Intuit/ QB, because they keep "holding" money.
Easiest way to find info is through a Facebook page.
If you had read through this thread at all, you would have seen where there is a link to click that will take you to a FB page with information for an attorney that is wanting to help with a lawsuit.

DO NOT sign up for quickbooks bill pay. They cancelled our subscription mid payments to our vendors. It says the the payments were cancelled and no funds were deducted but THEY WERE. Our vendors did not receive the payments. We are a small business and this was $5k worth of payments that quickbooks stole from us! It has been over month. I get transferred on the phone or told I have a "case" open and they will get back to me. This most recent chat with Joseph asked for verification from me and after I gave it to him he just stopped responding to me. Worst customer service ever!!!! We pay so much money for these subscriptions and no one will help us get our money back!
