Unexpected Internal Error -30000

I'll be here to help regarding your concern about resolving internal error 30000 in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Beth.

I appreciate your effort in posting to the Community. Let's get this sorted out so you can start using the application seamlessly.

Beforehand, I'd like to know what specific actions you've taken before having this error. That way, we can provide an appropriate resolution to this matter.

In the meantime, let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to know if it is a browser-related issue. The stored cache can cause certain issues to a cloud-based application such as QuickBooks. To access your account using incognito, follow these shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Once done, let's get back to your regular browser and clear its cache and cookies. It fixes issues including unusual behaviors and error codes or messages. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative.

To gain comprehensive information on your financial reports, you can check out this article for more details: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.

You can always post a reply regarding the error you've mentioned above. The Community is available to lend a hand for help with any QuickBooks matters. Stay safe.

Unexpected Internal Error -30000

I have already cleared the cache and cookies, and restarted the computer. Still getting the same error.

I am trying to match a deposit to an invoice.
