Afaik, PayTraqer is not able to reconcile Stripe transactions

Does Stripe work directly with Quickbooks online? Or will we need software to make them "talk" to each other? I am planning to switch to Quickbooks online in the next few weeks, and up to now I have just downloaded .iif files into Quickbooks desktop to log my transactions...
