Are you using Online Bill Pay Service in QuickBooks? If so, you can track your payment status using the Payment Tracker.
One way of doing this is through the Online Bill Pay - Sent Payments tab. Here's how:
- Click the + New button.
- Under Vendors, select Pay Bills Online.
- Tap the Sent Payments tab.
The second one is through the Transactions menu. Let me show you how:
- From the left menu, choose Transactions.
- Go to Expenses, and then select a payment row to open the payment details.
- Click See Confirmation.
