Hello- I was denied a merchant account because what I sold didn't was against the acceptable use policy? I sell herbal supplement which I understand is high risk- but there are several other venders selling the same exact supplement that are using Inuit for payment processing? How do I appeal that decision? Doesn't seem fair you'd single me out?

We've been QuickBooks customers for 8 years and run accounting and payroll through QuickBooks Online. We today applied to use Payments and were instantly denied. Apparently our small tour company is 'too risky'. We weren't 'too risky' each month when QuickBooks took our fees for accounting and payroll. Am I missing something?
Hello Ian Austin!
Thank you for choosing QuickBooks Online as your business partner. Allow me to explain why not all applicants got approved to QuickBooks Payments.
Let me reiterate the different reasons why we got denied with QuickBooks Payments.

Thanks but this is a generic response. We run a small tour company where we receive payment directly from our customers and have very few cancellations. As owners of the business we have personal credit scores of 760+. We don't see how our business can be considered 'high risk' and we don't see how our personal credit history can have anything over than a positive impact. We have also been Quickbooks Online customers for 8 years. Does our long relationship count for nothing?
We value your service as our business partner, Ian Austin.
As mentioned above by my colleagues, those are the possible reason why your applicants got denied to QuickBooks Payments. With this, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payments Support team.
