I just started my buiness a month ago and signed up for quickbooks to take payments from my clients. I did everything I was asked to do, sent all my verification info, my EIN letter, bank statement, license. I got an email saying I was approved to take payments so a client made a payment and then I was emailed right after saying I can't accept payments and they closed my account. No reason as to why. I paid for this subscription to be able to process card payments, had an email saying I was good to accept payments then denied once my cleint put in their payment information. I don't understand it. Not to mention I paid to use this service and now I can't touch it. I don't have the greatest credit on my personal life but it has nothing to do with my business. Those are 2 seperate things. I didn't ask to borrow money or for credit, just to accept payments from my clients that I do work for. It doesn't come from quickbooks it comes from my clients!
