Receipts Automatically Deleted When Undo Add from Receipts Tab

Hello, 

 

When we "undo add" under the "Reviewed" tab in the Receipts feed, this deletes the receipt. Is anyone else having this problem. These is a major glitch and has caused us quite a few headaches. I hope that QB fixes this as soon as possible.

This error seems to be a data issue. I've replicated the scenario and was able to create an expense again after undoing it from the Reviewed tab.

 

I'd be glad to share some browser troubleshooting steps to fix it and get back on track. 

 

Let's begin with using an incognito browser when trying to review again the receipt that's from the Review tab to check if this is related to any data issues. Then, check if you're still able to see the error during the process. If there's none, you can go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. However, if the issue is still the same, you may use another supported browser.

 

Here are the shortcut keys to access a private browser:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari 11 or newer: + Shift + N
