Sales Orders/Invoices update to $0 on Line Items when changing quantity or date

4. Click OK if you receive a prompt to back up your company file.
5. Click OK when you get the message, Rebuild has completed, and proceed to the next step.
6. Run Rebuild Data again to make sure there's no error.

I ran the verify data and did the rebuild, but it did not fix the issue.

Since the steps you've taken didn't work, I'd recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Support Team. They can securely review your account and create an investigation ticket if other users are experiencing the same issue.

To reach them, follow the steps below:

1. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
2. Click on Contact Us.
3. Enter a brief description of your issue, then hit Continue.
4. Sign in to your Intuit account select Continue and then Continue with my account. If you don't already have an account, make sure to Create a new account.
5. We'll email you a single-use code. Enter your code and select Continue. If you have more than one account, select the account you want to use and then Continue.
6. Then choose whether to chat with us or Have us call you.
