So sorry this happened to you. They have recently closed my account as well stating it no longer met requirements and have placed my funds on hold. They need to give me the remaining funds in my account so that I can be done with this company for good! I do not recommend that anyone ever trust this company with their money. This is criminal!
It’s funny you say that it can only be closed if the merchant makes the decision to close the account but yet our business account was just closed abruptly for no reason. When we called QuickBooks, we were told the company made “a business decision” to close our account and the money that was in our account would be sent to us through check via mail…. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated especially considering we just paid close to $100 for our monthly membership.
Who did you email? They did the same thing to me. Said it’s not quickbooks, it’s green dot and NO ONE will give me any contact info for Green Dot! They said I’ll receive a letter in the mail. That’s it! Just closed my account without any communication and my money has just disappeared as well!!!!
Same has happened to me. They will not put me in contact with anyone. Just says I will receive a letter in the mail! My funds have disappeared! Who did you contact?
This isn’t true! When you contact Quickbooks they say it’s not them. It’s Green Dot and they can’t tell you anything. No numbers to call, no emails, nothing!! And they have no idea way my account is just suddenly closed and money disappeared!!! They say I’ll receive a letter in the mail! That’s what you say to someone after you steal their money!!
I contacted the office of the president to get my issue resolved. I tried to enter the email but it was removed. Try oopescalations at intuit dot com
