If you're referring to receiving payments via Merchant Services, bank deposit usually reach into your account within 2-3 business days of the transaction. It varies depending on the time of day you enter transactions, which financial institution your client choose for transactions to be deposited in. This also depends on how long it takes your bank to verify and process electronic deposits.
The estimated wait time for credit card payments to be transmitted into your bank will take 5-7 banking days, while ACH deposits may take 7-10 business days.
If the payment is still not deposited within the given length of time, I recommend contacting the QuickBooks Payments Support Phone Team. This team is the best resource for such inquiries, as they're able to pull up your account information. They can further assist with determining the details of the transaction and why it hasn't been deposited into your account.
