Where are my payments from credit cards

There are possibilities as to why your payments have not yet been deposited in your QuickBooks Checking, Msdynamics. Let me provide the details below.
 

Is this your first set of payments? If so, QuickBooks will deposit them up to 5 business days while setting up. Once set, we'll deposit the payment within 2-3 days.
 

You may also check on the deposit speed by going through your settings.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Account and settings.
2. Select the Payments tab.
3. Go to the Deposit speed section to review it.

Also, you may check the status of the payments by logging in to your Merchant account.

If payment has not yet deposited after 2-3 days, consider contacting our QuickBooks Online support team. They can check your product and update you on the payment status.
