Why do I get a message to check your E-Services status when Quickbooks has been making the payments for me?

Hello there, Presto.

Thank you for reaching us. I am happy to help you manage your payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To assist you better, could you please let me know what type of E-Services you have? Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated. If you are referring to scheduling a payment to QuickBooks bill pay, I can guide you through the process.

Here's how it works:

  1. On the Withdrawal Date, QuickBooks will collect the funds from your Funding Source.
  2. Then, QuickBooks will send the payment to your vendor using your selected payment method.
  3. For payments sent via Check, QuickBooks will print and send the check out in the mail.

To check your bill payment details and their status, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Bills page.
  3. Select the Paid tab.

Do you also handle questions related to Quickbooks Payroll? My question is related to The payment and filing of payroll taxes. I was told to expect an email that the issue had been resolved but I have not recieved an email about this problem.

Is my E-Services status at a point that Quickbooks payroll will resume paying and filing the Federal 940 and 941 as well as the Washington state SUI, PKML, and WA Cares?

Thank you!
