Buy now & saveHow do I get a payment hold withdrawn so that I can deposit the funds into my business account.
Resolving this hold promptly is my priority so you can focus on running your business smoothly, Aaron. Let's go over the procedures below to ensure that you can access your funds promptly.
Once the payment is on hold, it means the transaction is under review to ensure everything is in order. Please note that you’ll receive an email notification explaining the reason and the steps to lift the hold. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.
Furthermore, you'll have to submit additional documents as required to complete our review, such as a copy of the original invoice and your bank statements for the last six months. The process will be completed within two business days after submission.
On the other hand, if you haven’t received any email, I recommend reaching out to our live experts to follow-up the status of the transaction.
Furthermore, I've included this article to help you get a copy of all your processed payments: View or download your statements in the Merchant Service Center.
Should you have any more questions about deposits, remember that help is always just a post away. I'm here and eager to assist you further.
@Aaron246 Actually, QB "holds" your money so that they can collect as much interest as possible from it. They can do this for up to 270 days. It's all very greedy and despicable, really.
Good luck.
I'm dealing with this too! They told me that they would batch and release the funds on 3/17. Today the rep is telling me that they will continue the "review" till 3/19. No explanation but that it was a larger deposit than usual. They keep telling me that the will send an email explanation, but none was sent. I've checked all my junk/deleted security etc. NO EMAIL. It's obvious that they want the interest.
I am also dealing with this! I have been a customer for over 4 years. And the vendor that is paying me has paid me using Quickbooks for over 3 years. And they still hold onto the payment for a week. The excuse is the amount but this is a typical amount from this customer. I feel like I have no alternative than to publicize the gross behavior in as many public channels as possible.
