Why is My payment on hold?

Your payment is on hold because the transaction is under review, Hlwelding. You can take appropriate actions to rectify the situation and secure the release of your funds with the details below.

 

Although we're reviewing the payment transaction, this doesn’t inherently signal an issue. We've implemented this precaution to ensure the security of all parties involved. This will be completed within two (2) business days.

 

In this case, you'll be notified via email with precise instructions for your next step. Hence, you can check your Inbox or spam/junk folder for the email. Once found, follow the instructions carefully and provide any necessary documents, which could include the following:

 

  • A copy of the original invoice you sent to your customer.
  • A copy of your bank statements for the last 6 months.

 

To confirm that all questions posed by our team have been answered and that you have provided all essential data, you can visit the Resolution Center.

Why is My payment on hold?

Actually, @Hlwelding0342   It is on hold because QB takes it and collects interest off of it.  The longer they "hold" it, the more interest they collect.  Oh, but don't worry, they can only hold it for UP TO 270 days.  

 

I encourage you, and anyone else that is having this happening to to file complaints EVERYWHERE.  BBB, FTC, your states Attorney General... The more complaints, the better.  Otherwise, they are just going to keep doing this.
