Actually, @Hlwelding0342 It is on hold because QB takes it and collects interest off of it. The longer they "hold" it, the more interest they collect. Oh, but don't worry, they can only hold it for UP TO 270 days.
I encourage you, and anyone else that is having this happening to to file complaints EVERYWHERE. BBB, FTC, your states Attorney General... The more complaints, the better. Otherwise, they are just going to keep doing this.
