Clocking in crew from schedule in Workforce app

If you are a group manager of a group/crew, is it possible to clock your crew in from the schedule on the workforce app? I know in the app you can go underneath More and then hit crew and clock your crew in, but then the group manager has to manually put in all the required fields like the job/customer. I was just wondering if this is possible so the group manager could clock their crew in easier without having to worry about filling out all the required fields.

Clocking in crew from schedule in Workforce app

As a group manager, you can only clock in for your crew after selecting them under the More button, clwarters. I'll tell you more about this matter.

 

Clocking into a shift or schedule is only possible for your team members. Additionally, you'll need to fill out the fields for the job or customer after choosing which crew to clock in. Therefore, you can continue doing the same steps as a group manager of a group or crew.

In the meantime, consider submitting feedback to manage your group efficiently. They will review it for future updates depending on the number of users' requests. Follow the steps below:

 

  1. In the Workforce app, select Setting or More, then Settings.
  2. Click Help & Support, then Suggest an idea.
  3. Enter your suggestion, and tap Send feedback.
