I have discovered that I have a couple of entries in "time and expenses" that I wish to delete. I cannot seem to find how to do this.

I'm here to help you delete credit entries in the Time and Expenses in QuickBooks Desktop.
If you do not want to apply the billable time or expense to an invoice, you can click on the Clear All button located in the Time and Expenses section. This will remove all the selected entries from the list, ensuring they are not included in any future invoices.
See the screenshot below for your reference.
However, if you want to completely delete the time entries or billable expenses/credits from the system, it will require a manual deletion process.
