Buy nowWe would like to disable the manual time card option for employees as we would like to be able to always see the clock in and clock out times. Is there a way to shut off this setting, while still allowing employees to edit their times on the time sheet tab?

The "allow team members to manage their own timesheets" option is already unchecked. When I go into the permissions tab, the "Mobile Time Entry" box is greyed out. Thanks for trying to help. Is there another work around?

I've replicated your scenario on my end and the Mobile time entry" box is not greyed out. That said, let's isolate the problem and log in to your account using an incognito browser.
The private browser prevents saving cache and cookies that sometimes cause errors when running frequently visited websites. Here are the shortcut keys:
Then, we can set the permission again. You can check out this article for the steps and details: Team member settings and permissions in QuickBooks Time. If it works, return to your default browser and clear its cache. Every so often the cache becomes overwhelmed with older data which can potentially cause viewing and performance issues. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate. Switching to another compatible one to help rectify the issue.

I chatted with Quickbooks and here is the solution: To turn off the Manual Time Card you will go to "Feature Add-Ons" > "Time Card Selector" > Uncheck the box next to Manual Time Card > Close out of that window > Refresh
