I clock in but after an I hour it was not clocked in

Hi,

 

I was sure that I was able to clocked in, but I was told that I was not clocked in for 2 or 3 hours and it shows in the record that I was not able to clocked in between that time, but when it's the end of my shift, it did not show clock in, but clock out.

Thank you for providing the steps to troubleshoot. Could you also confirm if there are others who experience the same situation as mine? I saw a post but it was in 2021 that some employees are unable to clock in, they clocked in but was clocked out immediately.
