I purchase business recently and I am having issues changing the ownership of the QuickBooks into my name. The previous owner was not very computer savvy and had a previous employee setup the OG QuickBooks account and they named them selves the owner of the account. They are no longer with the company. I actually got a hold of the most helpful individual I have ever spoken to with QB and he got it taken care while we were on the phone. All is good now. Just have to get the account migrated to a new computer.
