QBT login error June 24

Is anyone else having a problem logging on?  I receive the message "There's and issue on our end.  We're on it"

Thank you for  bringing this to our attention,  @rhm2006.

 

I can see the importance of you being able to access your QuickBooks Time account without issue. We've received reports from customers who encountered similar cases and experienced this login error. To address this concern, I recommend contacting our Customer Support team so they can add you to the list of affected users. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Time account, click the question mark icon.
  2. Choose Product Help.
  3. Next, select Contact Us.
  4. In the What can we help you with? box, enter a brief description of your concern. 
  5. Then, click Continue.
  6. From there, choose either Chat or Callback.

In the meantime you can start by accessing the account through the incognito window. This way, you can check if it's a browser-related issue. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
  • Control + Option + P (Safari)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

 

If that succeeds, you should clear the cache of your default browser to remove any previously saved surfing information. Another excellent choice is to use a supported browser.
