I want to use Q Books time, but am having a hard time knowing were to start. When I login to my account, there are two companies set up with the same name. Which one do I use and how do I delete the other one.
Is there someone on Q Books team that would be willing to help me with this?

The easiest way for you to switch companies is to log out of the account and then log back in with their other login credentials.
You can always verify and edit this information by visiting accounts.intuit.com.
For help with permanently deleting your second company, I’d suggest contacting our support team so they can assist. Here’s our contact information: QuickBooks Time support.

That's my trouble. I only have one login. It's like there is two accounts for the same company under the same login. I'll try contacting support. I haven't had much success there in the past. Here's hoping.

Were you able to get in touch with support to close out that duplicate account? I want to make sure you were able to get into your correct account, and back working. Please let me know if there's anything I can help with.

I haven't figured it out, and frankly I don't think Intuit is all that's concerned about it. I'm definitely not expecting someone from their team to take the time to look at this. It appears that I somehow set up two account for the same company as i was exploring the t-sheets program. They are both trial versions and both will expire soon. I can just set up another trial version if I need to keep exploring.
We are a Enterprise Diamond user, so QBs time is a part of my package, (I Understand), but I haven't had much luck getting help setting it up. I'm out in a big field wandering around looking for answers, and every door I knock on, I'm told to look elsewhere. I'm sure that after many hours of trial and error, I might get somewhere.
Fortunately, I just chatted with a company called Fourlane, (Who I bought my original version of Enterprise from), and it looks like they are willing to walk me through this and help me customize it to my needs. I'm optimistic that I might be able to use QuickBooks Time after all.
I appreciate you checking up on me though. It shows that at least one team member is checking to see if i found the right door yet. (I don't think it exists.) But i'm more grateful for someone like Fourlane who can actually help me. I'm optimistic....

I just wanted to update you all on the status of my Quick Time onboarding experience. It was awesome. Paul S. did a great job at staying on the call as we took care of some technical issues that was causing the duplication on the accounts. I appreciate the help that all of you have given me.

So glad to hear that you got QB Time working. Gives me hope. How do I get my issues with QuickBooks Time Resolved? I have spent an exorbitant amount of time trying to get the sync issues resolved and I am about to just stop using the product. It worked SOOOO seamlessly during the trial and then all hell broke lose the last 5 weeks. I have had to finagle a work around every week (Friday is Payday) and I spent OVER 6 hours last Monday on the Phone, Instant Messaging and screen sharing only to have another "Work around" to pay the team Monday instead of Friday and I was SO Pissed because I could have done THAT myself on Friday. I purposefully delayed Payroll and explained to my 2 employees that I was committed to getting this working properly Monday only to have a QB Rep push through Payroll as if they were some savior when I could have done that. It is like bandaid after bandaid. SO this past Friday guess what Sync wont work AGAIN... I would love for Intuit to look at every call I have had over the last 5 weeks and do and advanced training on what NOT to do. I don't just wanna get the weeks payroll pushed through and archive profiles and hope it fixed it for the next week. I want this program to work. IS there ANYONE one on an advanced tech team that can resolve my Case? Extremely Frustrated in Florida.

Don't call support or anything like that or you'll get severely frustrated. What to do is go to this site on your browser and set up an appointment. [removed] Someone will call you and walk you through this. That is what they did for me.
Seems that everyone I talk to are having issues with T-Sheets setup. Get it fixed, Get someone to contact me or Cancel my account and give my money back, ill go else where.

Where are the blank timesheets?

Since it's your first time here, welcome to the Community. I appreciate you coming here for help with your question about blank timesheets.
You can easily find your timesheets with a few steps in your QuickBooks Time account. Don't worry. I can walk you through it. Here's how:
From here you'll be able to view the timesheets. Also, the Time Entries section is where you can create new timesheets. Here's a link: Enter your hours in QuickBooks Time without clocking in.
If this isn't what you're referring to, please provide me with some additional information or screenshots of the problem. This will help me determine the next steps you need to take for your business.
