QuickBooks time tracking under 1 hour

So I am entering some past time logs from another software so I can look at the full scope of a project, and when I enter time under 1:00, it's like QB Time isn't recognizing and it doesn't count towards the full time of the day. Can this be fixed?

QuickBooks time tracking under 1 hour

It's nice to see you posting here in the Community forum, Allyse.

QuickBooks Time integrates with hundreds of third-party software developers. To further check why the past time logs aren't recognizing in QuickBooks Time, let's verify if the software you're currently using is on one of the supported apps.

To check, here's how:

  1. On your QuickBooks Time account, click Feature Add-ons in the left menu.
  2. Choose Manage Add-ons.
  3. In the Manage Add-ons window, type in the software you're using in the Search bar.

If you see the app on the list and it's integrated, I recommend contacting the Customer Care Team. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment and perform a screen-sharing session so they can take a closer look and come up with a fix along the syncing process.
